Biography
I was born in Mexico City, lived in the United States, and currently live in Ottawa, Canada. I work full-time as an engineer and spend the rest of my time being a dad, artist, and photographer.
Art
In these pages you’ll see my contemporary artworks employing a variety of mediums: acrylic and oils, but also less conventional mediums like roofing compound, melted plastic, and welded metal. Rather than using a paintbrush, I usually prefer to spray, drip, rub, sand, and machine my paintings. Please contact me via email for commissions.
Photography
I’m also a wedding photographer living in Ottawa. I enjoy taking spontaneous and natural photos without too much emphasis on posing. I currently use a Nikon D7000. I’m available for family/individual/baby photoshoots and weddings.
Prices
- Large paintings are generally $1000 - $1500 each.
- Smaller paintings are generally around $300 - $500.
- Photoshoots are generally around $125.
- Wedding photography is generally $1000-$2000.
